Getting Started with Your Digital Templates

How Do I Access My Templates?

  1. For instant download orders on our website, you will receive a link immediately after checkout. Simply click on the link to download your template.
  2. If you purchased from Etsy, the download link will be available from your Etsy Purchases page.

How Do I Edit My Template in Canva?

  1. Click the Canva link provided in your purchase confirmation email.
  2. Log in or create a free Canva account.
  3. Click “Use Template” to open a copy of your design.
  4. You can edit the text (font, size, color, etc.), but graphics are not editable.

What Can I Edit in My Templates?

You can only edit text in the templates. The graphics, colours, and layout are locked to maintain the design’s integrity. However, you can:

  • Change the text to customise it (font style, size, colour)
  • Add or remove text boxes for more customisation
  • Move text boxes around within the design

Can I Change the Size of My Template?

Unfortunately, the template is set to a fixed size for the specific product (e.g., invitations, planners, etc.). You can only resize text, but resizing the overall template is not recommended as it may affect the layout.

Can I Resell or Share My Templates?

All products purchased from our shop are for personal use only. Commercial resale is not permitted. You cannot:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the templates as-is or in modified forms
  • Use the templates to create products for resale

How Do I Download My Digital Files?

  1. Once you’ve opened the template in Canva (after clicking the link), go to the Share button at the top right.
  2. Click Download, then choose the format (PDF for printing, PNG/JPG for digital use).
  3. Save your file to your computer for printing or sharing.

How Do I Track My Physical Order?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please note that we do not provide tracking for stickers and bookmarks. However, you can expect your order to arrive within the following time frame:

  • Domestic Orders (within Australia): 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 15–30 business days, depending on the destination

Please note: Sometimes, international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, high demand during holiday periods, or other factors outside of our control.
