🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Physical Products:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Digital Downloads:

• Due to the nature of digital products, Creative Perch does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for digital downloads once the file has been sent or accessed.
• If you experience any issues with your digital file, please contact us for support.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized, custom-made, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

📝Custom Order Policy for Digital Files

Thank you for choosing Creative Perch for your custom digital designs! Please read our custom order policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Turnaround Time
   Custom digital orders are typically completed within 2–4 business days, depending on the complexity of the request. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.
2. Revisions & Proofing
   You will receive a digital proof for review via email or Etsy messages. Your order includes 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional edits beyond that may incur a small fee.
3. File Formats Provided
   Final designs are delivered in high-resolution PDF, JPG, or PNG formats, depending on your preference. Editable Canva links may be provided for select products if requested at the time of order.
4. Digital Delivery Only
   All custom files are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped. You’ll receive your final files via email or Etsy messages once approved.
5. Design Details
   To begin work, please provide all necessary information at checkout or immediately after purchase—such as text content, size, theme/style preferences, and any specific colors or fonts. Delays in providing details may affect delivery time.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
   Due to the digital and custom nature of these products, custom orders are non-refundable once design work has started. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and before work has begun.
7. Usage Rights
   All custom digital designs from Creative Perch are for personal use only unless commercial use has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
