My name is Dee Wilcox, and I am a graphic designer, marketer, and writer. I’m married to Chris Wilcox, and I love our life together. Perch is one of the many blogs I contribute to, and thus far, it is my favorite. There are many blogs and resources about creativity, but Perch attempts to make the leap from creativity to innovation, which is what is needed to change the world.

A little bit about me… I am 50% right-brained and 50% left-brained. My interests are rather eclectic, and I believe the combination of these two qualities makes me a better writer. I love trend-watching and all things design. I believe that public art can raise the spirit of a community and lift the individual spirit, as well.

I love the art and process of creating. Creating is in my blood. My creative bent is my favorite thing about me.
